Poetry Society of New Hampshire (PSNH) welcomes submissions for its second annual poetry contest, open to all undergraduate college students nationwide.

The winning poet will receive a $200 prize as well as publication of the winning poem in the PSNH quarterly journal, “The Poets’ Touchstone.”  Entrants should submit a single poem at https://psnh.submittable.com/submit

The reading fee is $3 per submission. The deadline is March 15, and the winner will be announced by the end of May.

Any questions may be emailed to Contest Coordinator Melissa Varnavas at melissavarnavas@yahoo.com  The judge, who is not a PSNH member, will be announced at the end of the contest.  The winner of the 2013 Inaugural PSNH College Student Contest was Michelle Jia, Stanford University, for her poem, “On Encountering Her, Mother Music.”  For more information on the Poetry Society of New Hampshire, please visit: http://www.poetrysocietyofnewhampshire.org
